Kristina Tool | Founder

What she does: Kristina is a design strategist and service designer; with a focus on helping clients understand and implement human-centered AI and digital solutions. She helps organizations to innovate and communicate their customer and employee experiences. Applying user-centric Design Thinking principles, she works with clients to identify and validate their root challenges and then co-create solutions to meet their challenges.

What she likes about her work: She likes working with teams, helping them understand and then combining team members' diverse perspectives, to correctly identify the real challenge and then develop succesful solutions. Getting out from behind the desk, she guides teams on how to best validate and test their ideas with hands-on activities like mapping and rapid prototyping. In addition,  she works to link projects and team member roles to bigger picture goals, helping them to measure and align their work with company values and strategic areas such as customer centricity, employee experience and sustainability.

Clients and Education: Kristina has worked with clients in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the USA, including Becton Dickinson, the Dubai Airport Freezone, Generali and Philip Morris International.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Psychology, from Middlebury College, Middlebury Vermont, USA, and a Masters in Design, Domus Academy Milan, Italy.

When not with clients: Kristina spends as much time as she can in the mountains, if they are covered in (deep, powdery) snow, that's even better.
