The pandemic’s impact on employee well-being

Many companies are facing challenges with employee well being due to the impact of the pandemic. From remote working and the challenges confronted from working at home, to the missed water cooler interactions that allow for connecting with colleagues and informal exchanges of ideas. The work environment has changed. And while output may not have dropped, employee well-being may be suffering.

This survey seeks to understand how you are identifying and addressing the challenges that your employees may be experience amidst the changes to work and home life brought on by the pandemic.
