How effectively are you measuring your solutions?

Your company has likely identified new challenges for your employees brought on by the pandemic. To confront these, you may have already implemented solutions to help your employees adapt to both practical and emotional challenges. From managing to work at home, to increased stress or lack of engagement, your company may have proposed new solutions to address these challenges.  Whether tools, processes or services, measurement is essential to help your employees succeed.   

In order to better understand how effective these solutions have been, it’s important to establish the right kind of KPIs. These KPIs should address both practical and emotional areas. They then need to be tracked verify that they reflect the success of the solution, so that refinements can be made or alternative solutions proposed if needed.
